Product overview: Fiber Media Converters for LinkIQ™ Testers

Use the LIQ-FMC accessory to understand and debug the fiber port connections at 1 Gb/s (1000BASE-SX, 1000BASE-LX) or 10 Gb/s (10GBASE-SR, 10GBASE-LR) by determining application , switch name, port name and VLAN and verifying connectivity using IP ping. The FMC includes the FiberLert™ Live Fiber Detector for checking the presence of fiber optic light and determining polarity.
